USING THE CORRECT CHARGER FOR A FASTER AND QUICKER CHARGE

When it comes to purchasing a cable, many of our customers have no idea which one they need for their mobile devices.

As specialists, we will sell more and better if we give the customer advice to buy the cable and charger that best suits their needs.

So if the customer comes to us with an iPhone and needs a charger and cable, what do we sell them? If it is an iPhone 7 plus or earlier, for example, a USB Lightning cable and a 2A and 5V (10W) adapter will be enough.

What if it's an iPhone 8 and up? If we sell the same cable and adaptor, we will underuse the charging capacity of the device, as this devices allow a charge of up to 20W (which is the same with 9V and a 2.22A); so our advice will help the customer charge their device several times faster.

What about Androids? This is a very different story, so it's a good idea to find out what charging capacity each specific device has.

The customer only needs a cable? Then find out what maximum charging amperage it allows. 3A? Then the cable should be 3A. Doe’s he need an adaptor as well? Then we also check the voltage and amperage you use to do your charging; and there we look at the specifications of the adaptor to see what fits those charging characteristics.

If we give our customers personalized advice based on his necessities, we will make them very happy, and they will notice that we are true professionals.

How about trying to sell your cables from now on using this information? We hope you will remember us with a smile on your face as we love to share our growth and achievements with you.
